As a Talent Sourcer, you will source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas. You will also follow up with different types of candidates, measure conversion rates, and serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates. Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires, setting up candidate interviews, and interacting with potential candidates are all components of the job.
